“Wow! I was pleasantly surprised with the results I got from my TMR (total motion release) work with Michelle. I want to take a moment to thank you. My leg and tush has not bothered me since about an hour after you provided guidance to me today. You are such a god-sent angel to me. Michelle had attempted to do a video call; my computer was not cooperating so that resulted in a telephone call. Michelle proceeded to ask many questions to ascertain my situation and then walked me through a series of moves to see if I had any relief. I was astonished and pleasantly surprised that I had some relief from the shooting pain within 10 minutes as Michelle coached me through several specific movements and exercises. After 3 days of faithfully doing the prescribed exercises I was pain free!!! I have incorporated this regimen into my daily routine as I have degenerative disk in my neck and mild arthritis.

As a holistic physical therapist, I approach my practice with a deep understanding and appreciation for the interconnectedness of the human body. I firmly believe in the four pillars of life: exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress management. These pillars form the foundation for optimal health and well-being, and I integrate them into my treatment plans to address the needs of my patients.
