“Wow! I was pleasantly surprised with the results I got from my TMR (total motion release) work with Michelle. I was suffering from terrible chronic sciatica all down my entire right side, and by working with Michelle via Televideo we were able to find me some relief(which I would add that I had tried everything else with little to no success). I want to take a moment to thank you. My leg and tush has not bothered me since about an hour after you provided guidance to me today. You are such a god-sent angel to me. After journaling tonight, I realize how close I was to giving up on living before you showed and taught me about the mind-body connection. My son made a comment earlier tonight that he was so grateful that I had stopped asking to die because of my pain. I don’t remember ever saying that but I know I felt that way. Michelle had attempted to do a video call; my computer was not cooperating so that resulted in a telephone call. Michelle proceeded to ask many questions to ascertain my situation and then walked me through a series of moves to see if I had any relief. I was astonished and pleasantly surprised that I had some relief from the shooting pain within 10 minutes as Michelle coached me through several specific movements and exercises. After 3 days of faithfully doing the prescribed exercises I was pain free!!! I have incorporated this regimen into my daily routine as I have degenerative disk in my neck and mild arthritis.
