Michelle Bjornberg, M.S., P.T

Owner and Founder of Body Balance Physical Therapy and Wellness

Michelle holds a degree in physical therapy and a master’s in exercise physiology. She has been helping people live better, fuller lives for over 25 years. Michelle specializes in helping her clients find balance in their bodies. Through her passionate care and expert knowledge, she has helped her clients find their way out of pain and limitations.


As a holistic physical therapist, I approach my practice with a deep understanding and appreciation for the interconnectedness of the human body. I firmly believe in the four pillars of life: exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress management. These pillars form the foundation for optimal health and well-being, and I integrate them into my treatment plans to address the needs of my patients.


I utilize various methods and tools, employing my hands, eyes, intuition, and a diverse range of treatment techniques to address issues. Uncovering the underlying causes of many symptoms requires open-mindedness and prioritizing the most pertinent elements. The mind and body are interconnected. Therefore, it is essential to invest time in comprehending how these influences impact a person’s symptoms and constraints on performance.


When Michelle is not seeing clients, she enjoys strength training, running, bicycling, downhill skiing, traveling, hanging out with family and friends, and raising money for childhood cancer research.
