For several days I was experiencing extreme shooting pain in my neck that pulsed up behind my ear into my jaw area coupled with constant pain of a pinched nerve in my neck that literally caused my arm to twitch with each movement of my head. I had mentioned to a friend the pain I was in. Given the positive results she shared and the relief she found prompted me to request a call with Michelle B.

Michelle had attempted to do a video call; my computer was not cooperating so that resulted in a telephone call. Michelle proceeded to ask many questions to ascertain my situation and then walked me through a series of moves to see if I had any relief. I was astonished and pleasantly surprised that I had some relief from the shooting pain within 10 minutes as Michelle coached me through several specific movements and exercises.

After 3 days of faithfully doing the prescribed exercises I was pain free!!! I have incorporated this regimen into my daily routine as I have degenerative disk in my neck and mild arthritis.

I want to take a moment to thank you. My leg and tush has not bothered me since about an hour after you provided guidance to me today. You are such a god-sent angel to me.
