We know life is busy, so we bring our skills and knowledge conveniently to your home, gym, office or online. you will receive a 60-minute session of one-on-one care with a physical therapist. We won’t waste your time just having you lie down on heat packs or doing exercises you could do on your own time. You will receive one-on-one focused attention, not shared attention with other patients. We focus on one thing: getting you back to the activities and lifestyle you deserve, without pain or limitations.

Exercise Prescription
There is a ton of evidence in support of exercise to decrease pain and improve function across numerous musculoskeletal disorders however, even when someone has the same diagnosis an exercise prescription can look completely different. Every individual has their own unique situation, abilities, knowledge, belief, and goals. so all of our programs are tailored to fit YOU!
Consistency and Follow Through are huge for your success! Throughout your treatment, you will be given exercises and some reading to do. One of the most important things you can do is to educate yourself and to follow through on this commitment. It is important to remember the therapist is only with you for a few hours a week, the rest of the time you are on your own. Build a routine, stay focused. It is imperative that you make the decision every day to be an active participant in your rehabilitation. Follow through and knowledge is the key to your success!
Pain Neuroscience Education (PNE)
Advancements in neuroscience have helped us better understand pain. We know more about pain today than we ever have, yet few people know about these advancements. And more people than ever before continue to live in pain. I believe knowledge is power.
A few things we now know about pain:
- Pain is not purely a physical experience
- Pain is not necessarily processed in the location of the body where you feel it.
- The way your nervous system produces pain is unique to you and can change over time.
