Glad you are here! Let’s get to know about Michelle. Michelle holds a degree in physical therapy and a masters in exercise physiology. She has been helping people live better, fuller lives for over 25 years. Michelle specializes in helping her clients find balance in their bodies. Through her passionate care and expert knowledge, she has helped her clients find their way out of pain and limitations. This is not about having washboard abs, it’s about being able to do daily activities without pain and to the best of your abilities. ​

Michelle believes that regular exercise is the catalyst to a longer fuller life. Many people believe that exercise is some intense routine that takes a lot of time and causes sore muscles with the philosophy of No Pain No Gain, but it’s really not that at all. What it comes down to is If You Don’t Move It, You Lose It. it’s about consistency that becomes a part of your daily routine, often incorporating those activities that you love to do.
